We are passionate about quality food, beer, and supporting local Australian producers. We believe that small businesses are both the backbone and the heart of Australia. Our philosophy is to source and support locally, and to promote origin awareness in the food and drink industry. If we eat it or drink it, we want to know who made it and how! Our kitchen prides itself on using fresh, locally grown produce, free range meats, and locally caught and processed seafood. We are committed to minimising our waste and carbon footprint and maximising our recycling.
Waste & Recycling
As a small business, our potential environmental impact is much greater than your average household. For us- that’s a big deal. Here are the ways we minimise that impact and contribute to a greener, more sustainable future.
Our organic waste is composted with Write Solutions
Our used cooking oil is given a new lease on life and converted into Biodiesel with Bio Works
We recycle all cardboard, drink and food containers with Containers for Change and Instant Waste
We are a straw-free venue, and utilise sturdy, reusable containers for portioning, prepping, and storage, and compostable cutlery and salsa cups to help cut back on our single-use plastic

Local & Ethical
On average, we serve more than 13,000kg of produce and 7,000kg of protein a year. That’s a lot of meat and veg! Supporting free-range and local suppliers makes a big difference.
We utilise free-range meats from WA farms, supplied by local, family run Scarvaci’s Butchery
Our produce comes from WA farms
All of our seafood is locally caught and processed
Reducing the carbon footprint of your food isn’t just about reducing transport costs- what you eat is even more important.
We utilise lower-emission proteins, wild-caught seafood, and steer away from super duper big greenhouse gas-emitters like beef
Why is all of this important, you ask? Not only does it minimise things like food miles, emissions and packaging, but it supports local businesses and ensures that Australian standards are required for everything from safety to employee wages.
